To Prepare: Heat 8 oz. cream cheese, and 1/2 clam juice (drained from 6.5 oz can minced clams) until warm and blended. Fold in drained minced clams, ½ cup mayonnaise, and seasoning packet to mixture. Chill for at least two hours before serving. For an added treat, add a 4.5 oz can of small shrimp (drained) to the spread. Crab meat may also be used instead of clams. Enjoy!!! Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups dip.
