In a skillet melt 1/4 cup butter. Add one tablespoon from this seasoning pack and heat on low for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 1/4 cups whipping cream or half and half. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Add 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Toss prepared fettuccine (drained but not rinsed) with sauce and stir for two minutes before serving.
