Roasted Garlic: This is garlic in its most tantalizing form (a mellow buttery texture with a sweet nutty flavor). Enjoy with your favorite accompaniment, as a topping for baked or roasted garlic mashed potatoes topped with cheddar cheese and bacon bits, or mix with ground chuck and 1/3 cup cold water for luscious, juicy hamburgers, use as the perfect seasoning for your favorite meatloaf recipe, mix with mayonnaise for use in a variety of dishes, and prepare as directed with either recipe on back of packet and thin with milk for a superb dressing for a Caesar salad.  Fabulous in a garlic cheese grits soufflé!!!

Sun dried Tomato Pesto: A special treat from the seaside town of Liguria, Italy. Two varieties of basil are used in this blend to give it a richer more complex flavor. Use dry mix to make Basil Oven Fries. Slice potatoes into pieces ¼ inches thick. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil to coat.  Place potato slices on baking sheet and season with dip mix, drizzle again with olive oil. Bake as you would french fried potatoes. Also, pairs nicely with bagels, pita chips, or mix with an extra virgin (first cold pressed) olive oil and use as a bread dipper or a topping for Giuseppe’s hand made pasta. Blend with mayonnaise and sour cream as directed for use in a pesto pasta salad. Use dry mix with mayonnaise for a delicious basil pesto mayonnaise for sandwiches!!!!

My Italian Garden: An aromatic blend of vegetables found in an “orto” (the beloved Italian vegetable garden). This best seller (Andrea’s favorite blend) is all about flavor. Delicious used as the seasoning mix for your favorite chicken salad (served in a fresh tomato or avocado half), as an accompaniment for freshly steamed veggies, or used as a topper for Giuseppe’s “NEW” BLACK BEAN CHILI (ask for a taste of this simply sumptuous gourmet chili). Ole!!! Delightful also, fixed as directed and thinned with milk for a ranch (Italian style) dressing for your favorite salad.

Splendorous Spinach:  Certainly a classic in any language. Prepare as directed and enjoy with kettle chips, cubes of fresh bread, or crudités. A savory selection that is delectably rich and tasty. For an added crunch, add sliced water chestnuts to the mix. Fix with sour cream and mayo to which 3 oz of Roquefort cheese has been added to make a superb dressing for Romaine hearts.

Always Summer:  In the heart of any sailor it is always summer!!!!!! This flavorful clam spread may be served with you favorite cracker, chip, or preferred dipper. Excellent paired with a butter cracker and equally tasty served warm as an appetizer with toast points or pita chips. Thin warm dip with clam juice/ or cream and add crab and shrimp for a delicious Seafood Alf redo sauce to exquisitely pair with your favorite Giuseppe’s herb flavored pasta. Finish with fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano!!!

Spicy, Sassy Salsa:  For our friends who tend to enjoy things on the spicy sassy side. Delicious with tortilla chips or as a side to any Tex Mex or Southwestern dish. Great as a dressing for taco salads or use as prepared without the milk, as the sour cream layer in the popular 7 or 9 layer Mexican dip. Fantastic as a dipper for nachos!!!

Drew’s Dazzling Dill: A collaborative effort with our nephew Drew and rightly named for him. This herb is considered by the Romans to be good luck. Enhance the delicate flavor of salmon/fish, by preparing the dip mix with mayo only (will make two cups of mix) and begin icing salmon or fish filets with dill preparation. Make sure filets are well covered and bake at 350 for approx 15-20 minutes. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese before removing from oven. Serve w/ your favorite Giuseppe’s pasta. May also use dip as prepared in a dilled pea salad, as a topping for steamed vegetables, in tuna salad, and in dilly deviled eggs. Enjoy!!!

24 Karrot Cheesecake Spread: A sweet and savory spread that is reminiscent of my grandmother’s homemade carrot cake. Serve with shortbread, cubed pound cake, graham crackers, fruit or animal cookies. This spread can be used as a cheese ball by omitting the sour cream and rolling prepared mix into pecan pieces. Serve with ginger snaps. A delicious, creamy topping for apple, carrot, and pumpkin bread.

NEW Spicy Spinach Artichoke:   Not your average spinach artichoke dip. Equally delicious served warm or chilled. For the baked alternative prepare the package contents by using 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped, 1cup mayonnaise and 8oz cream cheese. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly. Top with shredded parmesan cheese before removing from oven. Add 1 drained can of lump crabmeat to the mixture for an additional treat!!!

NEW Three Pepper Parmesan: Requested by some of our good friends in Memphis. A sumptuous full pepper flavored blend without the heat. Makes a savory pepper pie by adding the package contents to 8oz softened cream cheese, 1cup sour cream, and 2 1/2 oz shredded dried beef (in a jar). Mix all together and place in greased baking dish. Top with pecans (sautéed in butter). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with butter crackers or triscuits. Also yummy prepared as indicated on package and used as a pepper sauce for beef filets instead of a traditional béarnaise sauce. Accentuates the flavor of your favorite steamed vegetables!!!
